Poor Katy has no pocket for her baby, Freddy, to ride in. She seeks help from all of her animal neighbors to find a way to carry her baby. After many failed attempts, Wise Old Owl directs Katy to the city for help. It is in the city she finds exactly what she needs to be able to carry Freddy. Some of the activities in this unit are making a Mixed Media Kangaroo, exploring tool sounds, and creating Australian Dot Art.
